EXAMINATION FEES

Pearson VUE administers Digital Marketing Institute computer based exams via its global network of test centres.   The first examination attempt is covered with the course fee.  Subsequent attempts is owed by the student to Pearson for providing the exam facility is payable directly to the test centre.

CLASSROOM STUDENTS

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of total course fees is required to reserve a spot for your selected course.

This deposit is non-refundable on all circumstances.

The remaining fee must be paid prior to course commencement.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be granted in extenuating circumstances such as medical incapacity or bereavement, at the sole discretion of the Programme Manager.

Extenuating circumstances refer to unforeseen events which may affect a student’s ability to attend class. Such circumstances include serious illness &/or hospitalisation, accident, immediate family bereavement or other serious personal circumstances. Foreseen events such as sporting, cultural or work commitments are not considered extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation e.g. medical certificate, police statement etc. must be provided.

In such circumstance deferral may be offered as an alternative. The amount refunded will be in proportion to how far you have progressed through the course.

Please allow a minimum of 7 weeks for a refund to be processed.

DEFERRALS

Students who wish to defer their place on a course will be charged an administration fee of HK$1500.

If deferral is requested 2 weeks prior to course commencement then no charge will be applicable.

A deferral can be granted without additional costs due to extenuating circumstances with supporting documentation and at the sole discretion of Programme Manager.

REFUSAL

Bonfire Media reserves the right to refuse tuition fees and reserves the right to deny any applications.
